We recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Phoenix's new transitional housing community, De Paul Manor, which will provide 100 beds for unhoused seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities. The campus also features an animal clinic for pets of those experiencing or at-risk of homelessness. The community is set to open this summer. We're proud to be part of this important project through our construction services. Congratulations to everyone involved!

We Build Stories
About us
At Ryan Companies, we believe the value of the buildings we design, develop, finance, manage and construct is about more than dollars and cents – it’s also about the value they bring to the people who use them and the communities that surround them. That’s why we focus first on the “why” so we can give life to your vision and achieve the best possible outcome. As a national leader in commercial real estate services, we know that our customers are as unique as their projects. That’s why, day after day, we’re driven to uncover their stories. To be inspired by what inspires them. To bring the right people to the table so we can collaborate on a deeper, more engaging level. Together, we build something far more profound than the physical presence of a building. We build the backdrops to life’s stories. At Ryan, our values – Safety, Integrity, Respect, Stewardship, Family, Excellence and Fun – define our culture and they shape and ignite the people who join our team. They are more than words in a mission statement, they are the inspiration that guides our decisions and shapes our belief that we offer something no one else can. In the end, your building is better, your experience working with us more enjoyable, your community more vibrant and your project site safer – all because we embrace our values each day.

As #ConstructionSafetyWeek comes to a close, here's two of our field teams taking part in Occupational Safety and Health Administration's National Safety Stand-Downs. These important events raise awareness of fall hazards and help prevent fall-related injuries or fatalities on the project site. #ConstructionSafety #StandDown4Safety

According to the CDC, the construction industry has the highest death rate attributed to drug overdoses—and we believe it's time to do something about it. By the end of summer, we will have naloxone, a life-saving opioid reversal medication, available in all our offices and on more than 100 of our project sites. In addition, overdose response training will be provided to all employees in partnership with SAFE Project (Stop the Addiction Fatality Epidemic) to ensure our teams are ready and able to intervene to save someone’s life if necessary. As more patients seek care and intensive procedures at freestanding clinics or ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups and healthcare systems should look at their real estate portfolio and focus on expanding high-revenue locations. “It’s about looking at facilities from a holistic perspective,” said Ann Duginske Cibulka, MBA, our Vice President of Real Estate Development, Healthcare. “Even though you might have a location in a market, it might require new investment. This is a time in which groups need to get creative. These are tough financial times. To grow, they need to make strategic operational decisions.” Read more on the current healthcare real estate sector and Ann's advice for health systems navigating the market: https://lnkd.in/dncpPxTc

We are excited to announce the beginning of leasing for units at Oak House apartments in Leander, Texas! The community will be comprised of 10 buildings, featuring 347 high-quality residences with one-, two- and three-bedroom options. This milestone marks our first multifamily units to be delivered to the Austin market. “The opening of these new apartments comes at an opportune time as Leander’s growth has created a need for more housing in the area,” said Marcy Phillips, our Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development. “This community’s welcoming atmosphere, abundance of amenities, and immediate access to scenic trails, and five-acre parkland with tree groves and a natural creek, makes this an inviting option for prospective residents that is not currently available in the marketplace.” The majority of units will be available for move-in this summer with substantial completion scheduled for fall of 2024.
