Vista, CA –Tierra Caliente Academy of Arts presents: “La Pastorela” Come enjoy the 1st annual Spanish theatrical play performance on December 13, 2014 at the Moonlight Amphitheatre – 1200 Vale Terrace Drive, Vista CA 92084. Event will start 5pm (house opens 4pm) with regional dances, followed by Alegria del Valle with regional songs and then Kerygma de Pax chorus group singing “posada” theme songs. At 7pm curtains open for the play – La Pastorela. La Pastorela follows the story of humble shepherds embarking on a spiritual journey in search of the Holy Child. The devil, in turn, uses obstacles born of their own human fragilities to try and stop the journey. This is a cultural celebration with tradition for all ages, full of excitement, music and lots of laughter. Your admission fee will help Tierra Caliente Academy of Arts continue with its community programs that serves its low-income communities.
