VCC Offers Free Covered California Plan Renewal Assistance VISTA, CA—Vista Community Clinic (VCC), a Certified Covered California Enrollment Entity, is now offering free Covered California plan renewal assistance to patients and community residents. Certified VCC enrollment counselors are available to assist with renewal of health plans, changing plans, adding members and updating information that may impact premium assistance. The service is free and open to all. The renewal period ends Dec. 15. VCC will also offer free renewal help at three walk-in Renewal Assistance Fairs. The events will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 1 at VCC: Vale Terrace, 1000 Vale Terrace Drive, Vista; from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 8 at VCC: North River, 4700 North River Road, Oceanside; and from 5 to 8 p.m., Monday, Nov. 10 at VCC: Vale Terrace. The service is free and open to all. No appointments are necessary.
