TEAGAN TAYLOR BAND TO PERFORM FREE CONCERT AT THE OCEANSIDE PUBLIC LIBRARY The Oceanside Public Library and the Friends of the Oceanside Public Library are proud to present the Teagan Taylor Band as part of a Fall 3rd Thursdays Music Series at the Civic Center Library. This free concert will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2014, in the Civic Center Library Community Rooms located at 330 N. Coast Highway. Performance time will be 12:00 p.m. Free parking is available in the Civic Center parking garage. The Teagan Taylor Band, led by twenty-two year old vocalist and cornetist Teagan, performs original songs and covers from a diversity of genres. With songs spanning moods of jazz, indie, hints of rap, R&B, rock and neo-soul, their music captivates audiences with their own unique sound that’s complex yet catchy, and cutting-edge. Taylor’s albums “Hello” and “Wonderland” were nominated for San Diego Music Awards in 2012 and 2013 in the Best Jazz Album category. Doors for this free performance open at 11:30 p.m. and it is open seating.
